What is Air Stakz?

Air Stakz is a private charter flight that the SBX team has provided our guests to arrive in the Bahamas. The flight will leave from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Freeport, Bahamas.

Ground transportation will be provided to the resort.

Can I make my own flight arrangements to the Bahamas?

Yes you can make your own flight arrangements.


What is your cancellation policy?

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Due to the unique nature of our event, the Spring Break Xperience is non-refundable. There are NO exceptions to our cancellation policies. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

Please note that your decision not to travel due to the Department of Health, State Department advisories, illness or fear of travel will constitute a cancellation by you. No refund or credit will be given for any unused packages or early departures for any reason.

There will be no refunds given for those who do not arrive at the venue, unused tickets, or after the Spring Break Xperience has occurred.

What happens if someone in my party and/or group cancels?

We understand that this situation can arrive and see the inconvenience. If a guest (with payment responsibility within the reservation) cancels, regardless of the reason, that guest will be responsible for covering their entire balance at the time of cancellation.

If that guest refuses to pay their outstanding balance, it then falls on the Primary person to pay for the entire balance, alternatively, to reach an amicable plan with the remaining party to cover the canceled guest’s portion either in full, or split the balance owed with the remaining members of the group.


What is the minimum age for the Spring Break Xperience?

The minimum age for Spring Break Xperience is 21 and older, no exceptions.


Celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other special event?

Congratulations!! We know you could celebrate your special event anywhere and we are delighted that you chose to celebrate with us!! Please let us know how we can make your special event memorable by sending our support team an email at info@springbreakx.com so that we can accommodate your request.


How do I book an accessible hotel room?

Spring Break Xperience is committed to assisting you with any special requirements you may have.

Please contact the hotel directly at Reservations: (877) 999-3223 in order to book ADA hotel rooms over the phone, as they are not available to book online through SBX.


Do I have to be vaccinated to travel?

No, you must have a negative Covid-19 test result. Failure results might be denied entry, fines, and even imprisonment.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

Yes!
