Spring Break Xperience (“SBX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) throughout the page.

Cancellation Policy

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Due to the unique nature of our event, the Spring Break Xperience is non-refundable. There are NO exceptions to our cancellation policies. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

Please note that your decision not to travel due to the Department of Health, State Department advisories, illness or fear of travel will constitute a cancellation by you. No refund or credit will be given for any unused packages or early departures for any reason.

There will be no refunds given for those who do not arrive at the venue, unused tickets, or after the Spring Break Xperience has occurred.

Group / Party Cancellations

We understand that this situation can arrive and see the inconvenience. If a guest (with payment responsibility within the reservation) cancels, regardless of the reason, that guest will be responsible for covering their entire balance at the time of cancellation. If that guest refuses to pay their outstanding balance, it then falls on the Primary to pay for the entire balance, alternatively, to reach an amicable plan with the remaining party to cover the canceled guest’s portion either in full, or split the balance owed with the remaining members of the group.
